Validation error: Credit Card was ‘Declined’ – when committing Gift Batch created from Luminate Online plug

Users have reported the following validation error when committing a gift batch created from the Luminate Online plug in. The gift batch contains credit card payments downloaded from Luminate Online, and the EFT module is not present:
Credit Card was ‘Declined’
Clearing rejection/authorization codes does not resolve the error.
At this time validation codes do not carry over in the RELO integration. One time donations made when the EFT module is not present will return this error until users implement the below alternate solution. We have evaluated this issue as a bug and have determined it will not be addressed in the program in its current state.  In this case, we believe the risks and challenges outweigh the potential benefit of resolving this issue. Alternative Solution:
  1. On the Commit Gift Batch window, click on the Credit Card Payments tab
  2. Unmark the option to “ Check for credit card authorization code”, or choose to “Commit the gift anyway”
  3. Ensure to check the Credit Card Payments tab for future batches that do not come from Luminate Online
