When running the Constituent Directory Report, users can select to display addresses and/or phones in the report. When previewing the report, it does not enter the phones in the order selected on the IND Address or ORG Address tab. It will enter them based on the chronological order that they were entered into The Raiser's Edge.
For example: If a user selects Home, Email, Cell Phone in the report and the Cell Phone was entered first on the constituent record, the Cell Phone would be displayed as the first phone on the report.
We are currently evaluating this issue.
Created the Directory using Export Word Merge to output the fields in the order desired.
