When running the Constituent Directory Report, users can select to display addresses and/or phones in the report. When previewing the report, it does not enter the phones in the order selected on the Ind Address or Org Address tab. It will enter them based on the chronological order that they were entered into The Raiser's Edge.
For example: If a user selects Home, Email, Cell Phone in the report and the Cell Phone was entered first on the constituent record, the Cell Phone would be displayed as the first phone on the report.
The order they're selected in the Selected field of the Address Processing tabs determines which phones will be listed, but doesn't correspond with the order in which they'll be listed. The phone numbers list chronologically.
If a specific order is needed, this can be done using Export to output the fields in the order desired. A Word Merge export would allow the directory to have a similar format to the Directory.
