Please complete the following steps -
- Access Config, International in Raiser's Edge and open each of the countries listed and populate the ISO Name field from the drop down list.
Save and close each entry once this has been populated.
- In Online Express select Account, Integration Options, General and review the list of countries on the Countries tab to ensure the relevant countries are ticked.
Also check the Invalid Countries tab - if there are any entries listed there, then they will likely not have the ISO Name populated, so repeat step 1 for these countries.
Then return to the Integration Options and these should now show on the Countries tab and select as required.
