The autoresponder data that populates in the customized version is coming from the Site Default Version. Follow the steps below to find this:
  1. Go to Setup > select Autoresponder Center
  2. Select the Application Autoresponders tab
  3. Click Edit next to the autoresponder and application in question.
When you create a new application that uses autoresponders, the customized version makes a copy of the Site Default Version. If you would like to change this default data, then you'll want to make those changes in the Autoresponder Center.
