After creating a Donation Form or TeamRaiser, for example, the customized version populates some default values automatically. Is it possible to change what populates by default?
The autoresponder data that populates in the customized version is coming from the Site Default Version. Follow the steps below to find this:
Go to Setup > select Autoresponder Center
Select the Application Autoresponders tab
Click Edit next to the autoresponder and application in question.
When you create a new application that uses autoresponders, the customized version makes a copy of the Site Default Version. If you would like to change this default data, then you'll want to make those changes in the Autoresponder Center.
