Check all of the following: 
  • You need to refresh the effort to get the most up to date numbers: 
  1. Go to Marketing and Communications
  2. Click Membership Renewal Efforts
  3. On the Membership Renewal Efforts tab, click the Membership Renewal Effort you are reporting on. 
  4. On the left side of the screen, click “Refresh Effort” under Tasks. 
  5. After the refresh is complete, run the report again. 
  • The Membership Renewal Effort Report will only include membership renewals that have been assigned the correct appeal and effort.
  • The report will not show sales orders (any revenue through Daily Sales, Advance Sales, or Online Sales) as we cannot currently tie sales orders to an appeal record. See our Community Idea here.
  • This report will also not account for people who renew or upgrade into a different membership program, or any joins or rejoins.
