Pledges that have been written off appear on the Unresolved Responses Report

After users write off pledges, those pledges still appear on the Unresolved Responses Report within a Marketing Effort.  The goal of the resolved and unresolved gifts is to track gifts that came in for an effort or, as in this scenario, try to match up pledges and gifts given to the same appeal and mark them as unresolved.  Since the pledge references a specific appeal, it would still be an unresolved response.  Even if the amount is written off, we would still want to track this information.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
