Generally, this means that a Field in Luminate Online is mapped to a Lookup field in Luminate CRM.

To resolve this issue, the field mapping must be removed:
  1. Select Luminate Management > Luminate Configuration
  2. Click Map Custom Fields
  3. If the error is on a Contact Record, find the field that is cross referenced to the Lookup Field (the name of the Lookup will be noted in the Detail of the Error. ex. Match Group: id value of incorrect type, Match Group is the Lookup Field)
  4. Remove that field mapping by setting it to "Ignore Field".
  5. Click Next to save
