After an email message was sent, the email resulted in an Exception on Server status.
Typically, this is the result of a temporary disconnect between the NetCommunity Server, Mail Server, or Raiser's Edge Web Server. Usually, copying the message and resending it will allow the message to successfully send.
If the message does not successfully send after copying:
Refresh the list/s utilized in the message
If the lists result in an error message, this will need to be resolved prior to send the message
