IBAN and BIC fields not available for Constituent Bank Import except on Workstation SEPA was enabled on (Europe Only)

When importing Constituent Bank information the IBAN and BIC fields for SEPA enabled database do not show as available field in the import for any workstation other than the one used to initially enable SEPA
If you encounter this issue in the latest version and patch of Raiser's Edge please contact support and reference this article.
