Mark Phones Primary plugin marks inactive phones as primary

When running the Mark Phones Primary plugin to mark a specific phone type as Primary, inactive phone records may be marked as Primary.
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Open constituent record for Robert Hernandez
2. On Bio1 tab, mark Show Inactive Phones and Emails
3. Mark the first Home phone type number displayed as Inactive
4. Save and close constituent record
5. Go to Query>New Query, and select a Constituent query
6. Create a query for Robert Hernandez's Constituent ID (96 in sample data). Use criteria Constituent Information>Constituent ID equals 96
7. Save and close query
8. Click Plug-ins
9. Select Delete Phones Plugin
10. Select query for Robert Hernandez
11. For Phone Type: select Home
12. For Primary Status: select Mark Primary
13. For Inactive Status: select Take no action
14. Click Begin
15. Message pops that it was successful. Click OK
16. Open constituent record for Robert Hernandez
17. Mark option to Show inactive phones
18. Note that the first Home phone is now marked as Primary, and is still marked as Inactive.
