We heard that a participant was unable to register for a TeamRaiser event, but we can see that there is still 1 registration spot left. Why was the participant unable to register?
This can happen if a participant begins the registration process, but doesn't finish it. When the participant begins the registration, it reserves their spot in the event until they can complete their registration. If the participant were to close their browser before completing registration, then it may take up to 15-30 minutes for that position to be released.
