NetCommunity will pull from the address field that is set within the Phone Mapping section.  To access this:
  1. Log into NetCommunity as a supervisor user
  2. Click on Administration > Sites and Settings
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page where the Phone Mapping section is listed
NetCommunity will pull from the Raisers Edge field that is selected for Email Address.  
If multiple email addresses of this phone type are listed on the Raisers Edge record, NetCommunity will pull the first email address listed of that type.  Inactive email addresses will not be pulled into NetCommunity.
