AddressFinder copies present address as new address, and does not change the address type to former - when running address finder update

Users may try to run AddressFinder and discover that some addresses are duplicated, and the address that was moved from current to previous is not labeled as either previous or former.  This is contrary to the request that was made for previous addresses, and is not consistent across all addresses.  
 This issue is still under investigation.

We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
