This behavior may come about if your form is set to Inactive, however we can usually run a task that will mark the form accessible once more. If your applicant receives a message stating that their form is inaccessible, p Please contact us with the customer support number for GIFTS listed at which will always have the most up to date information,  so that we can take action to correct this behavior.

When you contact Support, please provide the following:

1. Your organization's Site ID (SID);
2. The Form ID; and
3. (Optional) If there's a single application that you'd like to allow a grantee to finish and submit (as opposed to enabling all in-progress applications out there for a form), then provide the Application ID for that specific grantee's in-progress draft application or at least provide the applicant's email address so that we know which specific draft to push through.
