Have the user log into the Financial Edge on the effected workstation and run the Reset Registry Plug-in 

Note: Incorrect changes to registry settings can cause serious system problems that may be irreversible without reinstallation of the operating system. You must back up your registry before making any registry changes. We are not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect use of the Registry Editor.


The Reset Registry Plug-in restore the user preferences back to the default installation settings on the workstation it is run from.

  1. Click Plug-Ins on the Navigation bar
  2. Click Miscellaneous, Reset Registry 
     
  3. Mark the Current database checkbox
     
  4. Click Delete
     
  5. Exit and sign out for the changes to take effect
