If you're using Google Chrome to access www.blackbaud.com, ensure you are only assigned into the one Google account you linked to blackbaud.com.

If you are signed into multiple Google accounts, log out of the Google accounts which are not associated with your Blackbaud log in.

If you are logged in with the incorrect Google Account, log out and back in with the correct account. 

If this does not resolve the issue:
  1. Reset your settings, if using Chrome.
  2. Clear your browser Cache.
  3. Utilize a different browser.
