The additional donation prompts are configured in two places within an eCommerce Store.

When a user clicks the Proceed to Checkout button, there can exist an Additional Donation field for a user entered amount. To configure this:
  1. Navigate to Fundraising > eCommerce
  2. Select the Stores tab
  3. Enter the name of the store
  4. Click Search
  5. Under the Actions column, click Edit
  6. On the left hand navigation pane, select Configure Standard Pages
  7. Under the Name column, find Store Home Page
  8. Under the Actions column, click Edit
  9. In the Components to Include on Page section, find the Ask for additional gift checkbox
  10. Mark or Unmark the checkbox as desired 'Yes, show the additional gift input.'
  11. Click Save

When a user adds an item to their cart in the eCommerce store, they can be prompted with "Would you like to make an additional donation along with your purchase?" and then have a Gift Amount field to enter a user entered amount. To configure this:
 
  1. Navigate to Fundraising > eCommerce
  2. Select the Stores tab
  3. Enter the name of the store
  4. Click Search
  5. Under the Actions column, click Edit
  6. On the left hand navigation pane, select Configure Standard Pages
  7. Under the Name column, find Cart, Checkout, Single Address Entry Pages
  8. Under the Actions column, click Edit
  9. In the Components to Include on Cart, Checkout, Single Address Entry Pages section, find the Ask for Additional Donation checkbox
  10. Mark or Unmark the checkbox as desired 'Yes, ask for an additional donation.'
  11. Click Save

Please note: To prevent the "Would you like to make an additional donation along with your purchase?" message from displaying, both of the above two configuration checkboxes must be disabled.
