Revenue is not being picked up by Acknowledgement Process.
There are some things that can be checked to ensure the process is correctly configured:

-          If there is a selection on both the Letter and on the Acknowledgement process, the revenue has to be in both of those selections for the process to pick up the record. 

-          If address processing is used, the constituent has to have an address. 

-          If the above are correct, ensure the creator of the process retains all his rights.  Sometimes the user who created the process is no longer with the organization, and therefor has no rights in the system.  To check this, go to the Business Process Ownership tab on the application user’s record (Administration>>Security>>Application users).  If this is the cause, then the process will need to be recreated by a user with rights in the system.
