There are two ways to manage your duplicates in LCRM

The first is to use the duplicate management tool, that houses the entire list of potential duplicates.
  1. Click the +sign in your available tabs
  2. Click Duplicate Management 
  3. There will be a list of potential duplicates that you can choose to Resolve from this page. 
Here is another option that can be used to Merge a specific set of duplicates:
  1. Go to the Contact record for the user 
  2. Click the Find Duplicates Button
  3. If there are duplicates the following text will be displayed next to the Find Duplicates Button, "X potential duplicates found" where X is the number of potential duplicates. 
  4. Click on this text if displayed. 
  5. You will then be able to resolve the duplicates.
