First create a group from the email Delivery that was reported to you:
1. Go to Email --> Email Campaigns
2. Click the green Campaigns tab
3. Click Manage next to your desired email campaign
4. Click the green Deliveries tab
5. Click Review next to your desired message
6. Under Related Actions, click Delivery Recipient Report
7. Click View next to the report
8. Click the blue "Add results to group" button
9. A popup window will appear. Check "Create a new group", then click Go
10. Fill in fields on next page, then click Save

Then take these steps to create a Engagement Factor for email opens:
1. Go to Data Management --> Tasks
2. Click the green Task List tab
3. Click "Create a New Task"
4. Select Email Response Rate Segmentation
5. Select a Name and Description
6. For the Update this field with results drop down choose the desired engagement factor field
7. For Include these Interaction Types choose 1 next to "E-mail Opens", and leave the rest at 0
8. Click the "Save" button
9. Find the saved task in the list and click Run
10. Click the Refresh button until the Last Run Status becomes completed
11. Click Activate in the Actions column next to the task

Now create a query that will show everyone who did not open this email in question and has been in the system for less than 6 months (This will identify possible newly added email address that are bad):
1. Go to Data Management --> Query
2. Click "Create a new Query"
3. Complete the Name and Description field
4. Click "Add Group Clause"
5. Search for the name of the group you created in the first section
6. Click the group name, then click Save
7. Add a Field type of "System" and a Field of "Creation Time". Click add field clause.
8. Choose "falls on or after" from the dropdown. Then click relative and put "6" in the first box. "month or months" in the next drop down. Then leave it as "prior to" today and click save.
9. In the first drop down, select Transaction Information. In the second, select the engagement factor field you chose in the previous section. Click "Add Field Clause"
10. Choose "is blank" from the first drop down, then click "Save"
11. In the first drop down, select Transaction Information. In the second, select the engagement factor field you chose in the previous section. Click "Add Field Clause"
12. Choose "equals" from the first drop down, and add 0 as the current value, then click "Save"
13. Highlight "Engagement Factor x equals 0" and click the or button.
14. Click "Save Query"
15. Click the green Results tab, then click "Use Query"
16. Select "Create a Group" and click Go
17. Fill in the fields for the group, then click Save
18. Click "Edit Query" 
19. Click "Run Query"
20. Add the results to a group

Now create this query for anyone in the system for over 6 months who has never opened an email (to determine possible accounts that are no longer in use and may be spamtrap :
1. Go to Data Management --> Query
2. Click "Create a new Query"
3. Complete the Name and Description field
4. Add a Field type of "System" and a Field of "Creation Time". Click add field clause.
5. Choose "falls on or before" from the dropdown. Then click relative and put "6" in the first box. "month or months" in the next drop down. Then leave it as "prior to" today and click save.
6. In the first drop down, select Transaction Information. In the second, select the engagement factor field you chose in the previous section. Click "Add Field Clause"
7. Choose "is blank" from the first drop down, then click "Save"
8. In the first drop down, select Transaction Information. In the second, select the engagement factor field you chose in the previous section. Click "Add Field Clause"
9. Choose "equals" from the first drop down, and add 0 as the current value, then click "Save"
10. Highlight "Engagement Factor x equals 0" and click the or button.
11. Click "Save Query"
12. Click the green Results tab, then click "Use Query"
13. Select "Create a Group" and click Go
14. Fill in the fields for the group, then click Save
15. Click "Edit Query" 
16. Click "Run Query"
17. Add the results to a group

Now to create a custom constituent import for the group built from the query for people in your system for over 6 months who has never opened an email
1. Go to Data Management --> Import / Export
2. Create a Custom Constituent Import
3. Give the import a name
4. Upload the CSV file you created from the query for people in your system for over 6 months who has never opened an email (make sure this CSV file has two columns, one for Cons ID and the other for Accept Email. Make sure the accept email column has a N going all the way down)
5. Click Next
6. Make sure your fields are mapped correctly
7. Click Next
8. Do not choose any centers
9. Click Next
10. Choose Option 3: Overwrite fields with non-blank values from the import file
11. Click Next
12. Import your data which will change all these users field from Accept Email Yes to No.
13. In your case send a link to this import as well as a link to the group you created from the query for everyone in your system for 6 months who did not open the email in question
