You can query this information and add the results to a group in order to target them through an email send.
  1. Navigate to Data Management > Query.
  2. Select Create a New Query. Enter a name, a description and a security category. Select Save.
  3. From the query builder, select Sustaining Giving Information from the first drop down menu. Select Planned End Date from the second drop down. Select the button for Add Field Clause.
  4. From the pop up window, select Falls on or Before from the first drop down. Mark the box for relative and specify 31 days beyond today. Save your changes.
  5. From the query builder, select Sustaining Giving Informatison from the first drop down menu. Select Status from the second drop down menu. Select the button for Add Field Clause.
  6. From the first drop down select Equals and Current Sustaining Donor from the second drop down. Save your changes.
  7. Save your query and run it.
  8. From the results page, select the Use Query link. From the pop up window, mark the radio button for Create a Group.
  9. Enter in a name, description and group type. Mark the appropriate radio button for how often you would like the group membership to be rebuilt.
  10. Save your changes.
