Follow the steps in Error: The specified amount to apply is greater than the balance
If you still receive the error or notice that the Pledge Balance is a negative amount, contact Support, reference this article, and provide the following information so we can assist you:
- The Gift ID (Listed on the Miscellaneous tab of the gift record) of any affected Pledges
- A screen shot of the Installments tab of any affected Pledges
- A backup copy of your database
