Pledge payments are not populated with segment or package information

Pledge payments are not populated with segment or package information when using finder numbers from marketing efforts that do not use a source code. This also occurs for regular donations using a finder number from a marketing effort that does not use a source code.
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Marketing and Communications
2. Create a marketing effort with no source code
3. Generate segments for the effort by choosing a selection
4. Activate the effort
5. Search the segment for any constituent and find a finder number to use with pledges, pledge payments and donations so that they are tied to this effort
6. Go to Constituents and find the constituent record that corresponds to the finder number in marketing effort within the segment
7. Click on Add pledge, and add a pledge for the constituent being sure to enter in the finder number from the effort, notice that the appeal is pulled in
8. After the pledge is created and saved, add a payment to the pledge by clicking on Add payment from within the pledge on the left side
9. Notice that on the marketing tab on the bottom of the screen, there is no segment or package.
