No option to mark gifts as receipted after running or previewing preprinted receipts in Mail in 7.94

After previewing preprinted receipts from Mail > Receipts, closing the preview may not prompt Would you like to mark the gifts as having been receipted? As a result, the gifts are not marked as receipted and are not assigned receipt numbers.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch. 

Alternate Solution
  1. Click Preview to preview receipts. X-out to close once satisfied with the results.
  2. Then from the Receipt set-up, click the Export icon (silver circle with right pointing icon) or go to File > Export.
  3. For format, select the Acrobat Format (to view PDF) or Word (to view in Microsoft Word).
  4. For destination, select Disk File.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Select desired page range of All or specific pages.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Enter a file name for the export and choose a location to save.
  9. Click Save or OK.
  10. The export will run and save receipts to location specified.
  11. After the export, the Would you like to mark the gifts as having been receipted? prompt will occur:
  • Click Yes to update Receipt statuses and save receipt numbers to records. Find the output file and print as needed.
  • Optionally, minimize The Raiser's Edge and open the output file to review and print. Then return to The Raiser's Edge and click Yes.
