This can occur when a site is trying to redirect a domain without "www" to the "www" equivalent.  By making the following change, the DNS should change from a 200 site, to a permanent 301 redirect. (this can be confirmed here (3rd party site))

In CMS under the Reports & Tools menu -> Host Configuration Properties, super admins can configure the following properties for a specific host/website:

Click the "add" symbol and add the following fields:

Name: com.frontleaf.server.CanonicalHostNameRequired


This will allow the Alias to redirect properly.  Allow 30 minutes for cache to clear, and contact support if the problem persists.
