Envelopes or Receipts blank when previewing and printing through the Citrix Universal Printer in Blackbaud Hosting Services

Envelopes or receipts may be blank or have no visible text when previewing or printing through the Citrix Universal Printer in Blackbaud Hosting Services. This may happen when merging envelopes or receipts in The Raiser's Edge,
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.  

Until the issue is resolved, export the document to a local drive and print from your local computer.
