Date sent column is blank for some Constituent emails in the NetCommunity tab within The Raisers Edge

When you send an e-mail via Blackbaud NetCommunity, the date the e-mail was sent should be sent to The Raisers Edge and appear on the NetCommunity tab of the record for the Constituent that the email was sent to.
Sometimes the Date sent column is blank when reviewing the email on the Constituents NetCommunity tab, even though the email was sent successfully to that recipient, and BBNC confirms a specific date/time value as the Date sent for that specific email to the corresponding constituent recipient
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
