This error occurs because the parent started filling out the form, and during the time the parent was filling out the form an organization staff member began adding relationship fields to the Online Admission (OLA) or Online Reenrollment (ORE) form.

The form will have to be manually entered into The Education Edge. Or have the parent go through the reenrollment form process again. There is not a way to process the form when this error presents.

We recommend that prior to making any changes to the OLA or ORE forms in the NetCommunity website, that organization staff members verify that there are no submitted forms in the NetCommunity plugin in The Education Edge. We also recommend that prior to making any changes to the OLA or ORE forms in the NetCommunity website, that organization staff members make the form unavailable to parents to fill out.

Note: Making the form unavailable could cause parents to lose any saved progress of the form, and they may be unable to save and return to it at a later time.
