The "bbox####" value is the Appeal ID from the appeal record created by Online Express in The Raiser's Edge when the email results were added to records. The option of viewing appeals by ID or by Description is set in User Options.

To update the User Options to see the email title (appeal description) in the Appeal column on the Appeals tab:

  1. From the top menu bar, click Tools
  2. Select User Options
  3. Click on Records tab
  4. Click on Appeals in left list
  5. In last drop-down on right, select for Appeal format either Description (to see the email title) or Appeal ID (to view the "bbox####" value)
  6. Click Apply
  7. Click Ok
  8. If a constituent record is open when the change is applied, save and close the record then reopen to view the setting
