Duplicate phone records created after processing profile updates from NetCommunity transactions

Duplicate phone records are created when processing profile updates or donation/event/membership transactions from NetCommunity. This occurs when choosing to add or update an existing phone type in the NetCommunity plug-in; after processing and batching (for RE transactions) observe on the constituent record that the phone types like email, website, or home number have all been duplicated.
