Apostrophe on classic event registration form default confirmation screen is replaced with random character string

When using the default confirmation screen on a classic event registration form, the apostrophe in Cardholder's Name may appear with a random character string such as '
This is resolved in version 6.64 of NetCommmunity. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Create a new classic event registration form in Blackbaud NetCommunity
  2. Make sure the default confirmation screen is selected
  3. Place the form on a page
  4. Fill out the form and progress to the confirmation screen
  5. See that the apostrophe in the field name "Cardholder's Name" has been replaced with the character string '
