For Batch, Query, and Reports without the Columns tab:

  1. Select Tools>User Options from the menu bar.
  2. Select the Records tab.
  3. In the left-hand frame, highlight Campaign, Fund, or Appeal. 
  4. In the Format dropdown, select Description or ID.
  5. Click Apply.


Note: If the change does not diplay immediately, log out of the Raiser's Edge and log back in. 

For example, to display the Campaign ID:

  1. Select Tools>User Options from the menu bar.
  2. Select the Records tab.
  3. In the left-hand frame, highlight Campaign.
  4. In the Format dropdown, select Campaign ID.
  5. Click Apply.

 

For reports where the Columns tab is available:

  1. Open the report parameter.
  2. Select the Columns tab. 
  3. From the Report View dropdown, select the appropriate view.
  4. Add/remove the appropriate Campaign, Fund, and Appeal formats.
  5. Click Preview to run the report. 


Note: For reports where both the ID and Description are available for selection on the Columns tab, the format selection made in Tools>User Options will not affect how the report prints.
