If this report is run from the Reports > Custom Reports module, go through the following troubleshooting steps:
  • Re-link the tables: In Crystal 8.5:
    1. Go to Database > Verify Database
    2. Go to Database > Visual Linking Expert
    3. Click Clear Links
    4. Click Link
    5. Click OK
    6. Refresh the report
    In Crystal XI:
    1. Open the report in Crystal Reports
    2. Go to Database > Verify Database
    3. Click OK on the message that appears
    4. Go to Database > Database Expert
    5. Go to the Links tab
    6. Click Clear Links
    7. Click OK to the message that appears
    8. Click Link
    9. Click OK to the message that appears
    10. Change the table joins to Left Outer Join
    11. Click OK
    12. Refresh the report
  • Run the report from a workstation that does not have conflicting software
     
  • Uninstall the software that uses Crystal 8.0
     
  • Uninstall and reinstall Accounting for Nonprofits on the workstation
