Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
 
  1. If the constituents do not have a gift, use a mailing function, such as Quick Letters, that does not require the constituents to have specific gifts
     
  2. In Records, Gifts, open gifts that are not included in the letters:
     
  3. In the parameters, include all applicable letter codes in the Letters field on the Filters tab
     
  4. If using a conditional mail merge in the Mail Merge Wizard, be sure to include all letters for gifts that are being processed:
    1. Set up the parameters for the Donor Acknowledgement Letters
       
    2. Click Send to merge wizard
       
    3. Click Next
       
    4. Select Perform a conditional mail merge using multiple documents
       
    5. Select Letter as the condition and click Next
       
    6. Select New Document
       
    7. Select the operator "equal to" and pick the letter from the drop-down menu (do not type in a letter name)
       
    8. Set up the merge document
       
    9. Follow steps 6-8 for all additional documents
       
    10. Click Next and give the merged document a name and file path
       
  5. Click Finish
