Verify the credit cards or direct debits have not been processed:
Check with your payment processing gateway to see if authorization codes have been generated.
- If no authorization codes are found, the cards were not processed and it will be safe to generate another file. Click Yes to the message to continue the transmission file process.
- If authorization codes are there, manually enter the codes in the batch and do not generate another transmission file for that batch.
If the transmission file has not been sent to your bank, you may recreate the EFT Transmission file without charging the accounts twice.
