Try each of the following steps in order until the error is resolved:
     
    • Exit and Sign Out of The Raiser's Edge and log back in
    • Unmark the letter as inactive
      1. From the Configuration page, click Letters
         
      2. Open the appropriate letter
      3. Unmark the Letter is inactive checkbox
         
      4. Click Save and Close
      5. Ensure the correct letter type was created. For example, if printing a letter from a gift, ensure that the letter is created from Configuration, Letters, Gifts. If it was created under Configuration, Letters, Constituents, it will not display for a gift record.
