Teachers can view grades entered in/posted to Registrar's Office Grades in the Posted Grade column in their Faculty Access for the Web gradebooks.

 

Notes:

  • To include the column in the gradebook, teachers must mark the option to include Marking Column Posted Grade in their gradebook
    • In FAWeb version 7.83 and higher, teachers can adjust this option by clicking Settings on the action bar in the gradebook
       
    • In FAWeb version 7.82 and lower, teachers can adjust this option by clicking Customize on the action bar in the gradebook
       

  • This is a view-only column. Changes teachers make to grades in Faculty Access for the Web do not automatically transfer to Registrar's Office. As the system administrator, you update the Registrar's Office grades when you re-post from Faculty Access for the Web.
