Create a template query, export, report, or mailing:




    • Create a constituent query, export, report, or mailing.

    • Unmark the deceased, inactive and no valid address checkboxes on the General or Criteria tab.

    • Save the query, export, report, or mailing with a name indicating it is the template.

    • When creating a new query, export, report, or mailing, open the template and select File, Save As to create a new query, export, report, or mailing with the appropriate filters.
