Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

  1. Search for the BBUpdate.INI file on the workstation
  2. Rename the BBUpdate.INI file to BBUpdate_date.bak
  3. Manually update the workstation by running Setup.exe from the Deploy package on the server
  4. If using Trend Micro anti-virus, refer to Knowledgebase solution 41098
  5. If a patch was recently installed on the server, check the Deploy folder for a Patch folder. If the Patch folder is missing or is empty:
    1. Reinstall the patch on the server.
    2. Manually update the workstation by running BBPatch.exe from the Deploy package on the server.
  6. If the workstation was previously installed as a server or standalone, uninstall and reinstall the workstation:
