1. From the Records page, click Accounts
2. Open the account number to be changed
3. Highlight the department segment to be changed
4. Type in the new segment value
5. Save and close the record
6. Repeat steps 1 through 5 for each account to be changed

NOTE: You can enter only the old segment value when searching for accounts to easily access each account containing the old value. You can also create a query of only those accounts. The accounts can be opened from Results tab of query, or the query can be used to filter the account search window.
