1. Click OK
  2. Email addresses are updated

OR

  1. Select Options from the Raiser's Edge toolbar in Outlook
  2. Select the Contacts tab
  3. Unmark Synchronize email addresses
  4. Email addresses remain unchanged

    Note: If accessing Outlook via a Citrix connection:

    1. Log in at the Citrix servers:
    2. Open Microsoft Outlook
    3. Select Tools, Options from the menu bar
    4. Select the Other tab and click Advanced Options
    5. Click COM Add-Ins
    6. Unmark the Blackbaud RE7 Outlook Add-in checkbox
    7. Click OK
