1. In Reports, open the report parameter
  2. On the Columns tab, open the Account Number column
  3. On the General tab, unmark the Indent based on chart template checkbox or increase the width of the column
  4. Click OK


If the issue still occurs, try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved::

    • On the General tab of the report, increase the level of the report to make sure we aren't summarizing lower levels
    • Create a new report using the same parameters defined in the existing report.
      • Save the report parameters with a new name.
      • If the new report runs successfully, delete the old saved report.
    • Confirm the account is active (General Ledger > Records > Account > Active
