- In Reports, open the report parameter
- On the Columns tab, open the Account Number column
- On the General tab, unmark the Indent based on chart template checkbox or increase the width of the column
- Click OK
If the issue still occurs, try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved::
- On the General tab of the report, increase the level of the report to make sure we aren't summarizing lower levels
- Create a new report using the same parameters defined in the existing report.
- Save the report parameters with a new name.
- If the new report runs successfully, delete the old saved report.
- Confirm the account is active (General Ledger > Records > Account > Active
