New attribute is missing on the Attributes tab of a record
Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
1. Ensure that the Table created for the attribute is listed correctly in Configuration, Attributes, [Record Type], Table name. 2. For versions 7.85 and higher, ensure the Active checkbox is marked for the attribute in Configuration, Attributes. 3. Exit and sign out of the program. 4. Log into the program.
