1. Create a new VCO
     
  2. Click New Header\Total
     
  3. Click New Account Detail
     
  4. At the bottom of the screen, select the Account Detail Definition tab
     
  5. From the Include drop-down menu, choose 'Selected accounts using advanced filters'

    Note: If selected accounts are not available, you may need to enable Advanced Filters.

     
  6. On the Selected Department(s) Screen, choose Selected and select the appropriate departments
     
  7. Enter any applicable information in the other filters
     
  8. Click New Header\Total to complete that section
     
  9. Repeat these steps as many times needed for the remaining departments until the VCO is complete
