• Click Records, Open a Constituent
    • Click the magnifying glass next to the Search Using Query field on the Open screen
    • Search for an existing query or Add New
    • After selecting/ adding a query, Click Edit
    • On the Output tab, select Addresses, Preferred Addresses, Preferred Phones, Preferred Specific Phones, Email, Email Number
    • Click Save
    • Click Close
    • Click Open


      Please Note: Only those constituents selected by the query show in the search results. We recommend leaving the Criteria tab blank.
