• In Microsoft Excel, select File, Open from the menu bar

    • In the Open screen under Files of Type, select All Types (*.*)

    • Browse to the appropriate location and select the file

    • Highlight column and select Data, Text to Columns
    • In the Text Import Wizard - Step 1 of 3 screen, select Delimited and leave the rest set to the defaults
    • Click Next

    • In the Text Import Wizard - Step 2 of screen, deselect Tab and select Comma. Set the Text Qualifier to " (Quotation Mark).
    • Click Next

    • In the Text Import Wizard - Step 3 of 3 window, click Finish
