Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.

    1. Create a Membership query to pull the memberships on which to change or delete the expiration date
    2. Click Admin, Globally Change Records
    3. Highlight Membership and select New Change
    4. Click Include...
    5. Choose Selected records
    6. Select the appropriate query
    7. In the Show field, select Memberships
    8. Double-click Expires on
    9. Select the appropriate operator and enter the appropriate value
    10. Mark Create a control report and Create query of exception
    11. Click Change Now
