1. In Records, Accounts, open the account to add the attribute to.
  2. Select the Attributes tab.
  3. Select the appropriate Attribute Type from the drop-down menu.
  4. Enter a Description or Short Description. Depending on attribute type, these fields may already be populated.
  5. Enter a Date or Comments if appropriate.
  6. Click Save and Close.

If the desired attribute does not exist in the drop-down menu on the account, create a new attribute type in Configuration.
