To query on constituents with a specific solicit code:
  1. Create a Constituent query
  2. On the Criteria tab, select Solicit Codes, Solicit Code Description equals [solicit code name] 

To query on constituents with one or more of a group of solicit codes:

  1. Create a Constituent query
  2. On the Criteria tab, select Solicit Codes, Solicit Code Description one of [solicit code names] 
To query on constituents who do not have specific solicit codes:
 
  1. Create a Constituent query 
  2. On the Criteria tab, select Solicit Codes, Solicit Code Description not one of [solicit code names] 

To query on constituents with one specific solicit code but not another:

  1. Create a Constituent query, Query A 
  2. On the Criteria tab, select Solicit Codes, Solicit Code Description equals [solicit code the constituents should have] 
  3. Create a Constituent query, Query B 
  4. On the Criteria tab, select Solicit Codes, Solicit Code Description equals [solicit code the constituents should not have] 
  5. Merge Query A and Query B using the SUB operator. Query A is the Primary Query, and Query B is the Secondary Query. 
To query on constituents with one specific solicit code and one from a group of other solicit codes:
  1. Create a Constituent query, Query A 
  2. On the Criteria tab, select Solicit Codes, Solicit Code Description equals [solicit code the constituents should have]
  3. Create a Constituent query, Query B 
  4. On the Criteria tab, select Solicit Codes, Solicit Code Description one of [group of secondary solicit codes] 
  5. Merge Query A and Query B using the AND operator. Query A is the Primary Query, and Query B is the Secondary Query
