• On the Fields tab, select the Fields section
     
    • In the Field to use drop-down, select the field by which the graph should be summarized. For example, if graphing totals by fund, select Gift fund.
     
    • To include selected values for the Field to use instead of all values, mark Use Selected Field Values Only and select the values to include on the graph
     
    • On the Graph tab, select Graph only or Report and Graph
     
    • In the Data Source section of the Graph tab, unmark all Columns to Include except Total given
     
    • Select any other appropriate options on the various tabs of the report
     
    • Click Print or Preview to run the report
